Accounts are created for you in Supabase under Authentication > Users. Everyone gets their own; do not share one login.
Add contact
Required. This is how the database recognises a person, so two records can never be the same person.
If they write from two addresses, put the other one here. The email sync then recognises both as this person.
No www, no https.
Log a call, meeting or note
Email is logged automatically by the sync. Use this for everything that happens off email.

Import contacts
From a spreadsheet, or the table an AI assistant typed up from photos of business cards. The first line must be the column names. Nothing is saved until you have seen the preview. Or choose a CSV file:
Review queue
The email sync never adds someone to the contact list on its own. When a message arrives from an address nobody recognises, it lands here for a person to confirm. Clearing this weekly takes a few minutes and is what keeps the contact list from turning into a mailing list.
